About the Role
As a Community Manager, you’ll be the voice, the listener, and the energy behind our community.
You won’t just manage platforms — you’ll build relationships.
From running our Discord to speaking directly with listeners, you’ll understand what our audience loves, what they want more of, and how we can make their experience better.
This is a high ownership role where storytelling meets people, data, and engagement.
What you’ll actually do
Own and grow the community
Manage and build a thriving Discord community, keep conversations active, engaging, and meaningful.
Welcome new members, guide discussions, and make sure everyone feels part of the space.
Listen to the audience (literally)
Run surveys, collect feedback, and actually understand what listeners think.
Go beyond data, talk to users, identify patterns, and bring real insights to the team.
Talk to your users
Conduct one-on-one calls with listeners to understand their experience, preferences, and expectations.
Build a strong base of loyal users (superfans) who actively engage with the platform.
Drive engagement through content
Create polls, prompts, and updates that keep the community active.
Work with content and marketing teams to run community-first campaigns around show launches.
Track what’s working
Measure community growth, engagement, and feedback trends.
Turn insights into actions that improve both content and user experience.
Experiment and scale
Test new ideas, formats, and channels as the community grows.
Continuously find better ways to engage and retain users.
