Description Are you ready to be the analytical force behind one of Amazon's most critical businesses? We are seeking a Finance Manager to drive strategic thinking and business partnership for the US Prime program. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly analytical, comfortable with creating data driven narratives, customer obsessed, and have a willingness to navigate ambiguity. They must be comfortable contributing to plans presented to senior leadership (SVP level) as well as having a high bar for data fidelity. Your analysis won't just inform decisions, it will drive them.
This highly visible role will partner with US Prime team to support the key finance activities surrounding Amazon’s Prime program, including forecasting, strategic planning/goal setting, financial modeling, and ad hoc analysis for Prime Membership. This highly visible role will coordinate with numerous stakeholders across Retail Stores, WW Prime, and US Prime Benefits (Prime Video, Prime Gaming, Shipping, etc.) as the central driving contact for the holistic US Prime view. Blending together financial and economic principles, a successful candidate requires an uncanny ability to work across stakeholder groups and evaluate tradeoffs between business focused requirements and technical limitations and priorities.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
