About the role
Succeed is building a platform to help high-school students discover academic opportunities around the world — summer schools, competitions, research programmes, and university experiences that many students never hear about.
Our goal is simple: reach one million students and open doors that are currently invisible to most of them.
We’re hiring a lead engineer to take technical ownership of the platform as it moves from MVP to market. You’ll work directly with the founders and product designer and own the system end-to-end: product features, automations, infrastructure, and integrations.
We believe modern AI tools dramatically change how small teams build software. Tools like Claude and Claude Code are part of the workflow here.
This role is ideal for a strong early-career engineer or recent graduate who enjoys building real systems, learning quickly, and taking responsibility for a live product.
Stack includes Supabase, PostgreSQL, n8n, APIs and webhooks.
