We’re looking for a Team Lead – Content Production who can guide artists, manage production pipelines, and ensure every frame reflects strong storytelling and creative quality.

Lead a team of artists to create high-quality Webtoons content
Guide character design, storyboarding, and visual storytelling
Manage daily production workflows and timelines
Balance creative quality with production efficiency
Improve processes, tools, and workflows for smoother production
Explore new technologies and creative tools to enhance output

You’ll thrive here if you

Have 3+ years of experience in creative or content production roles
Have 1+ years of experience in animation or visual storytelling
Have led creative teams and managed artists
Understand art concepts like character design, storyboarding, and post-production
Are comfortable with creative tools and digital production software
