You'll design the transformation programs, lead their execution, and witness your contributions reflected in retention metrics, margin expansion, and acquisition integration success.
Trilogy operates a broad portfolio of enterprise software businesses, each containing intricate operational dynamics and significant financial opportunity yet to be captured. You'll spearhead the initiatives that unlock that value. From driving a $2M per quarter renewal uplift program to reducing cloud infrastructure spend without degrading system performance, or integrating a newly acquired company into Trilogy's operating model in under 30 days — your efforts will be tracked at the executive level. Your decisions will directly shape profitability across multiple business units.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
