Privacy Compliance Coverage – Associate Glasgow JR034686 We're seeking someone to join our team as a Privacy Compliance Coverage in Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk team to support compliance with the Morgan Stanley Global Privacy Policy, identification and management of compliance risks associated with Privacy and Data Protection working across the business lines to ensure that effective controls and monitoring are in place to reduce risk.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Associate level position within the Privacy team who are part of the second line of defence, governing and overseeing the privacy risk management and controls framework across the Firm.

What You'll Do In The Role > Supporting the Privacy Compliance Coverage team to enhance the oversight approach to privacy risks, controls, monitoring and testing
> Support the Privacy team providing advice and guidance on privacy matters
> Assist with assessing applicable international Privacy regulations, state and federal laws, and industry standard procedures and controls
> Assist with gap analysis and implementation of controls for new or amended regulations and laws
> Supporting various governance forums related to privacy
> Enhance reporting, KRIs, training, notices, policies and procedures, and support ad-hoc projects as required
