Work closely with software engineers to identify code defects or regressions
Partners with Sr Software Dev Engineer Test to write efficient test automation code using coding standards and best practices. Writes manual test where automated is not supported.
Validate application functionality through the implementation of test strategies, automation frameworks, tools, and dashboards
Participates in planning and documenting basic test strategies and acceptance criteria based on customer needs
Participate in test execution (automated and manual) (new builds and regression), analyze the reports, troubleshoot & investigate the failures
Investigate, diagnose and repair basic problems, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
Continually look for ways to innovate and improve the testing process to gain efficiencies
Japanese language proficiency JLPT N3 equivalent or above. Capability to read and understand stories/requirements and come up with test cases in Japanese along with Application content validation (Screens, reports etc)
