Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate Manager
In This Role, You Will
Manage a team of specialists in transactional tasks ensuring quality and compliance in securities operations
Provide support for being a first point of contact for all delivery tasks and escalations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Ensure team consistently meets delivery expectations and resolve issues related to reporting, career path and related activities for direct reports
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
Lead and optimize end-to-end life cycle of a customer experience, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades, settlements, Money Movement, Tax Operations etc.
Drive operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Leadership:
Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure robust controls are in place to manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to maintain a strong control environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Function as a key liaison with internal business units, custodians, counterparties, and regulators, as necessary.
Technology & Transformation:
Partner with IT and transformation teams to implement scalable solutions.
Job Expectations
Should be flexible with night shift 5:30 pm -2:30 am IST.
