We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary: The Director, Enterprise Operations & Governance designs and leads the company’s enterprise operating model, ensuring strategy translates into disciplined execution across functions. This role establishes governance frameworks, executive review structures, decision-making standards, and performance management systems that drive accountability, clarity, and measurable outcomes. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Director shapes high-impact discussions, integrates financial insight into strategic decisions, and ensures leadership forums focus on critical risks and tradeoffs. The position enforces enterprise-wide standards for metrics, OKRs, and operating rhythms while streamlining processes to improve execution speed and decision quality. Success in this role requires strong strategic and systems-level thinking, executive presence, financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments.

Primary Location : Pay Range: Maryland - (Virtual) : ($145,000.00 - $215,050.00 Annually)
Additional Location(s) : Pay Range: San Jose, California : ($159,500.00 - $236,500.00 Annually)
Chicago, Illinois : ($145,000.00 - $215,050.00 Annually)
Austin, Texas : ($145,000.00 - $215,050.00 Annually)
Scottsdale, Arizona : ($137,500.00 - $204,050.00 Annually)
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
