The Opportunity

8–12 years of experience in Appian development.
Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites.
Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems.
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.
Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.
Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, QA, and DevOps
