This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our clients.

**Role and Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to support our client on a 3-month contract.

**Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of a small team
• Monitoring performance and supporting team development
• Producing and analysing MI reports
• Ensuring processes are followed and service standards are maintained

Essential

• Previous experience as a Team Leader within Financial Services
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Mortgage industry experience (preferred but not essential)**************
