
Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 5-8 years of relevant UX research and product experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or similarly complex domains.
Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and articulate end-to-end research independently, from scoping to reporting.
Experience working with B2B, corporate clients, or regulated industries.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working across cross-functional and hierarchical teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and translating them into clear research questions and plans.
Familiarity with accessibility, usability standards, and financial compliance considerations is a plus.
Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma, or equivalent.
Desirable Background or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations.
Experience working in Agile and/or design thinking environments.
Understanding of KPIs in corporate banking products (e.g., straight-through processing, transaction turnaround, operational risk).
Interest/experience in utilizing AI in their work
Roles & Responsibilities
A seasoned and self-starting User Experience (UX) Researcher. As an individual contributor, but part of a larger LOB research team, this person will work closely with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to conduct moderately complex research initiatives from start to end.
Through the guidance of the Senior Lead UX Researcher, they will lead efforts across the product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch, ensuring design solutions are intuitive, compliant, and aligned with the needs of our clients.
This role will leverage a wide variety of research methods, testing, metrics, and insights to prove solutions and designs.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 a year
