
Job Description Summary We are looking for a Medical Systems Field Service Engineer who will be providing technical site support services for GE Healthcare customers in the East of the UK and surrounding areas. You will join our Services Team that partners with our customers to tackle the evolving challenges of global healthcare. You will be responsible for first response and providing solutions to customers experiencing technical system difficulties. You will develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment functionality.

Our roles work in true partnership with our customers, and to enable successful customer impact, some travel will be required across the territory. The level of travel estimated for this position is 40%, which we will continue to review to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible.
