2 Hour Learning operates schools where students complete their academic work in two hours, dedicating the remaining time to life skills, entrepreneurship, and areas traditional schools overlook. The results are measurable: students rank in the top 1-2% nationally and learn at double the typical rate. None of that happens unless the campus is ready. Your responsibility is to deliver fully operational school facilities on time and within budget across an expanding network of micro schools, growth campuses, and flagship vertical campuses in major metropolitan areas.
Timelines are tight. You'll go from building handoff to opening day in weeks, not months. That requires sequencing vendor workflows, monitoring dependencies every day, and leveraging AI to resolve open items before they cause delays. After a campus opens, you'll transfer the site to the operations team and begin the next deployment.
You'll begin with micro-campus buildouts — the most repeatable and fastest-moving projects in the portfolio. As the network grows to include growth and flagship campuses, the scope and complexity of your work will scale accordingly.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
