About the Team:
The General Trade business team currently manages QR, Soundbox and EDC business for all MSME merchants associated with Paytm. It houses functions such as sales, service, central business, growth, revenue & other associated activities.
About the Role:
Qualifications and Skills:
● MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
● 5+ years of experience (3+ years post-MBA) with past responsibilities including working on revenue strategy, pricing or subscription management
● Experience in execution of business goals through collaboration with sales team
● Proven track record in identifying issues/problems & ensuring resolution through product intervention
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● Strong leadership and team management abilities
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
