LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
A well-functioning campus is invisible. A poorly run one disrupts everything. This position ensures Alpha campuses deliver consistent, safe, and reliable operations—day in, day out.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious educational frameworks. Our classrooms operate at pace. Our expectations are elevated. This demands campus operations that are structured, agile, and scalable. This role controls all non-instructional elements that enable students and Guides to excel.
You will serve as the operational foundation of the campus. You handle communication with parents and staff, supervise safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistical continuity, and guarantee that technology functions dependably for everyone on site. You intervene when systems fail, foresee complications before they grow, and introduce organized clarity to fluid circumstances.
This is not a limited administrative position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role designed for someone energized by accountability, diversity of task, and execution. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
