**This is a software engineering role, not a CSR/call center role.**
**Must-have:**
* Java/JEE development experience
* Enterprise application / system integration background
* DevOps familiarity
* Strong Japanese communication skills
* Project lead experience
* AWS environment and shell development experience
* Willing to work client-based shifts
* Amenable to work in QC or Cebu
**Preferred:**
* JLPT N1–N3
* Ruby or Groovy exposure
* Knowledge of Japanese credit operations
