Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale SAP transformation initiatives based in London. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP programs across Finance and Supply Chain domains, working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle SAP programs from initiation through go-live and hypercare
Deliver Finance and/or Supply Chain transformation initiatives across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related platforms
Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Independently manage large-scale, cross-functional enterprise technology programs
Drive strong stakeholder engagement across senior business leaders and IT leadership
Own project governance, status reporting, and steering committee communications
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control

Required Experience & Qualifications

Project / Program Management experience (PM / PMO)
Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs
Strong experience across Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
Experience running steering committees and executive-level reporting
Solid understanding of project governance, budgeting, and resource planning
Experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations
