Senior Project Management Manager - Project Management Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss (P&L) accountability, and customer satisfaction across customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects.

The position drives execution by managing project-related activities and resources, impacting:

• Project and program approaches
• Team effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Quality and delivery outcomes within the business

This role operates with moderate autonomy and requires strong operational judgment , while contributing to priorities, strategy, and ways of working within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Engineered Equipment Package (EEP) and Equipment-Only (EO) projects
• Oversee medium to large-scale projects , including:
  • Equipment-only scopes
  • Multi-product solutions
  • Non-turnkey projects
• Provide direct or indirect leadership of cross-functional project teams and resources
• Develop specialized expertise within discipline and serve as a best practice / quality resource
• Maintain awareness of latest technical developments and industry trends
• Contribute to strategy, policy development, and execution within area of responsibility
• Apply strong understanding of:
  • Industry best practices
  • Cross-functional integration
  • Competitive landscape and differentiators
• Utilize technical expertise and data analysis to:
  • Solve moderately complex problems
  • Support recommendations and decision-making
• Make decisions using:
  • Internal collaboration
  • Select external inputs
• Act as a mentor and resource to less experienced team members
• Lead smaller initiatives with moderate risk and resource requirements as needed
• Communicate and explain complex or sensitive information , building alignment and consensus
• Influence stakeholders through developing persuasion and leadership skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Power Generation and/or Product Knowledge
