Lead and manage the automation testing efforts using Selenium and Cucumber, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies and plans. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly. - Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to enhance the testing process.
