Job Description Summary The Senior Health & Safety Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing and continuously improving GE HealthCare’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) risk programs. This position is responsible for driving risk reduction initiatives and fostering a culture of EHS excellence across all GEHC operations. The role requires close collaboration across multiple sites and functions to ensure alignment with and integration of GE HealthCare’s safety standards.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in risk management and high-risk operational hazard identification, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. We are seeking a strategic leader with a proven track record of embedding safety into corporate strategy, influencing cross-functional teams, and leading transformative organizational change.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $137,600.00-$206,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
