Role: Application Packaging

Experience Range: 8 to 12 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore

Interview Date: Saturday Online

Must Have:

Experience in handling Application Packaging for Enterprise Client using InstallShield including custom made packages for client requirements; experience in packaging, deploying and troubleshooting webapps, web configurations, add-ins, drivers; experience of applications related to Firewall, Ports, proxy, drivers, and user components.
Experience in deployment via SCCM to Windows devices and troubleshooting deployments, including planning and coordination of deployments.
Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation on custom made requirements and Microsoft PSAppDeployToolkit experience.
Software Deployment Lifecycle experience which includes planning and implementing Software packaging, Testing (UAT, Pilot), deployment requirements, dependencies, custom requirements and client facing coordination.
Windows OS Knowledge and Experience in troubleshooting application functionality and installation behavior on devices
Experience in ServiceNow for handling requests and incidents and completing the tasks within timeline.

Essential:

Ensure Application repackaging requirements are understood and plan, implement packaging, testing and deployments on client’s requirements within accepted timelines
Provide 3rd level functional, installation troubleshooting throughout lifecycle and the coordination required for the same.
Ensure we meet the business’s expectations around user experience
Good Communication and Coordination skills
Create, review and maintain documentation for team as well as helpdesk

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
