GitHub Enterprise powers software development for the world’s largest organizations and 90% of the Fortune 100. We’re hiring a Director of Product to set the vision and drive the strategy for our enterprise platform so customers can deploy GitHub securely, reliably, and at global scale across regions and regulated clouds as AI becomes a core part of how teams build.
In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team of product managers focused on the hardest enterprise problems: governance, compliance, identity and access, policy at scale, platform reliability, and fleet-wide administration. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Security, Sales, and Customer Success to turn customer needs into a clear roadmap, and you’ll represent GitHub Enterprise with senior leaders at some of our most sophisticated customers worldwide.

Strategy for scaling GitHub deployments across regions, data boundaries, and regulated environments

As a product manager, you will be expected to bring a passion for helping developers collaborate.You should already be familiar with the way software is developed and some of the tools developers use, and be excited to build a deep expertise in an industry that is changing the world.

Compensation Range The base salary range for this job is USD $140,400.00 - USD $372,300.00 /Yr.
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At GitHub certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
