We’re looking for strong operations leaders from Supply Chain, Quick

Commerce, E-commerce, Retail & Logistics who understand inventory metrics, shrinkage control, and large team management at scale.

🔎 What You’ll Own:

✔ End-to-end inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health)

✔ Shrinkage control — loss identification, SOP implementation, audits & corrective actions

✔ Complete dark store operations — inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns & reconciliation

✔ KPI ownership: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity & SLA adherence

✔ Manpower planning — rostering, productivity tracking & performance management

✔ Escalation handling — inventory mismatches, operational disruptions, manpower gaps

✔ Process compliance, safety & operational excellence across shifts

✔ Training & capability building for scalable execution

✔ Data-driven bottleneck identification & continuous improvement

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

🔹 1–5 yrs in Warehouse / Dark Store / Retail / E-commerce Ops

🔹 Strong knowledge of Cycle Count, Inventory Audits, Shrinkage

🔹 Team handling experience
