Description Join Amazon's Employee Experience Relations (EXR) team in Europe and shape how 16 countries build capability in one of the most complex labor relations environments in the world. As the EU Employees Relations Learning and Development Principal, you will own and drive the end-to-end Employees and Labor Relations learning strategy for Europe — designing strategy, programs that equip leaders across Operations, People Experience & Technology (HR) and key stakeholder teams to navigate employee and labor relations, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement with confidence and expertise.
This role can be performed from the following countries: UK/IE, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland.
There will be travel required up to 10% of the time, mostly within the EU.

About The Team The European Employee Experience Relations team is a high-performing, pan-European function supporting all Amazon Operations business lines to manage employees and labor relations across the region. Acting as a Center of Expertise, we are committed to building capability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive employee relations and constructive labor relations at scale. Our team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering closely with Operations, Legal, Public Relations, and Global EXR to advise on critical initiatives and deliver solutions that matter for our employees and customers.
