The Role The Mobile Device Infrastructure team is one of the most important core teams in our real device infrastructure product line. It doesn’t only maintain our real device fleet in a healthy state which is essential to our customers, but it also offers services and abstractions used by other teams to interface with the mobile devices fleet in order to elevate the customer experience with added value such as advanced insights and troubleshooting capabilities. Both are embodied in complex and challenging problems that require strong backend skills and a deep understanding of mobile device systems.
