Roles and Responsibilities :-

- Manage return, reverse pickup, and reactivation of #EDC/ #POS devices

- Provide in-person #Merchant #support and merchant training

- Update and track service requests through #CRM

- Coordinate with Vendor, Logistics, and Technical teams

Requirements :-

* Bachelor’s Degree

* 1 to 5 years in customer service or Technical Support

* Willing to travel to #Merchant locations
