LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
A well-run campus is invisible. A poorly-run campus disrupts everything. This position ensures Alpha campuses function with reliability, safety, and operational discipline—day in and day out.

This role is accountable for every operational element outside the classroom that enables students and Guides to excel.
As the operational foundation of the campus, you will oversee communication with parents and staff, manage safety and security protocols, ensure facilities and logistics function seamlessly, and maintain reliable technology for students and staff. You respond when systems fail, identify risks before they grow, and impose calm order in fast-moving environments.
This is not a limited administrative position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone who values responsibility, adaptability, and execution. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
