GT School operates on a different foundation. We support Gifted & Talented K–8 learners through AI-enhanced curriculum and high-expectation mentorship. We are now expanding our virtual platform to enable families to access GT-caliber acceleration regardless of location. This position is designed to create a virtual school model that is demanding, reliable, and demonstrably superior.
You will control the complete operational framework of the virtual program. This encompasses student journey architecture, advisor accountability systems, cohort-level interventions, and family confidence building. There is no established playbook in place. You will analyze performance data, implement rapid corrections, engage directly in live programming as required, and establish the infrastructure that sustains 3× learning gains at scale.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
