They progress through academic content using AI-driven adaptive software at individualized speeds, frequently advancing an entire grade level within weeks. Your role covers everything the technology cannot: guiding students through setbacks, teaching peer feedback skills, maintaining standards they didn't realize they could reach, and cultivating their enthusiasm for being here. You'll facilitate interactive life skills workshops covering public speaking, concentration, and time management, then lead motivational sessions designed to inspire authentic engagement rather than mere obedience.
This environment differs from a conventional classroom. You'll support a small K-12 cohort who recognize you personally. You'll monitor their development using Coachbot analytics, identify when someone encounters obstacles, and train them in problem-solving strategies. When every student in your group achieves their weekly targets and 90% or more provide positive survey feedback, you'll see evidence that the model succeeds because of your execution.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
