About The Role Glean is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Manager to help scale our partner ecosystem through well-run programs, strong execution, and clear communication. This role sits at the center of our partner marketing engine and owns how we plan, execute, and measure programs that drive real pipeline impact.
You’ll be responsible for running our MDF program end to end, executing partner incentives and SPIFFs, and building at-scale co-marketing campaigns with resellers and VARs. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Ops to make sure programs are simple, compliant, and effective.
