Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform with strong architectural ownership.
• Proven experience in architecting and designing workflow‑based enterprise applications using:
• Model‑driven Power Apps
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Dataverse
• PCF components
• Custom connectors
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dataverse data modeling , security roles, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing solutions across multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) with ALM best practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third‑party systems.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to business and leadership stakeholders .

Key responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Architecture & Solution Design
• Design end‑to‑end Power Platform architectures aligned to business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Define solution patterns using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations .
• Create architecture diagrams, high‑level design (HLD), and solution design documents (SDD) .
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and performance‑optimized .
• Stakeholder & Governance Engagement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and pain points .
• Review solution designs with enterprise, security, and compliance teams and obtain design approvals .
• Provide architectural guidance during requirement discussions, estimations, and delivery planning.
• Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance
• Guide development teams on best practices, standards, and reusable components .
• Review Power Apps, flows, and Dataverse designs for performance, security, and compliance .
• Support production readiness, deployment strategies, and release governance.
• Platform Strategy & Enablement
• Define Power Platform governance , environment strategy, and DLP policies.
• Establish reusable frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Mentor developers and lead technical reviews, design walkthroughs, and knowledge sessions.
