You will manage a student cohort and deliver three measurable results: students demonstrate enthusiasm for school, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they develop practical competencies. What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating hour-long interactive workshops on essential competencies (public speaking, concentration, feedback delivery and reception) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's established framework
• Conducting motivational sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics paired with Alpha's reward structure (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% student goal attainment
• Developing Guides through coaching focused on program adherence and standards maintenance, ensuring each session yields concrete action steps for improvement
• Managing your assigned student cohort while simultaneously building capability in other Guides
• Monitoring student engagement scores, goal completion percentages, and Guide effectiveness indicators

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Providing direct academic instruction or tutoring in subject matter. Application-based learning handles academics.
• Creating new curriculum or lesson structures. Alpha's operational playbook serves as your framework, allowing concentration on delivery and relationship-building.
• Accepting 99% performance as sufficient. Maintaining standards demonstrates your confidence in student capability.
• Training Guides on instructional pedagogy. Since Guides do not teach content, your coaching targets motivation, energy management, and accountability practices.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development (L&D), coaching, or comparable field
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing educational programs, training systems, or curriculum frameworks
• Proven track record building and leading teams, including responsibility for recruitment and performance-driven termination decisions
• Direct experience engaging with youth aged 5-14 within educational or developmental contexts
• Proficiency applying data analysis and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
• Availability to work on-site at an Alpha campus location in Atlanta, GA or Keller (Fort Worth), TX
• Legal authorization for employment in the United States

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
• Experience in athletic coaching, residential camp leadership, or youth development programs with quantified outcomes and enforced performance standards
• Track record engaging and motivating large student groups

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
