Our Fire/Life Safety and Security Service Operations Supervisors lead teams that are responsible for performing service work on fire alarm/life safety systems in commercial buildings such as hospitals, universities, and large industrial facilities. As a Service Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall success of our Specialists and Technicians by coordinating their activities for all installed projects, technical support programs, and time-and-materials (T&M) work which will provide on-time delivery of service contracts and ensure customer expectations are met.
