Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete a full academic day in approximately two hours using adaptive software. No classroom lectures. No traditional textbooks. Your role covers what technology cannot: guiding young people through essential life skills including public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. You'll facilitate interactive workshops, drive students toward their learning targets, and develop relationships that transform a reserved fourth grader into someone who presents confidently before adult audiences.
This position offers clear advancement. During your first year, you'll manage a focused student cohort and implement Alpha's proven framework: life skill sessions, motivational coaching, mastery-based evaluation. Once you demonstrate the ability to guide every student to 100% goal achievement while maintaining satisfaction ratings above 90%, you become eligible for Lead Guide—a role where you'll mentor a team while staying connected to direct student work. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
