Job Description AI First Full Stack Tech Lead. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI Tech Lead / Senior Developer to drive the design, development, and integration of agentic AI solutions within Philips’ CRM landscape (Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Conga CPQ, CLM). The role requires a strong foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic workflows, coupled with solid experience in enterprise-grade application development.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise (AI/ML, Python, Java, JavaScript, MCP, microservices, React.js) with domain knowledge in CRM and CPQ/CLM to design innovative solutions that improve automation, contract lifecycle management, quoting processes, and customer experience.
