As campuses grow nationwide, the physical setting must reflect the mission: composed, purposeful, unconventional, and unmistakably premium. This position exists to establish that benchmark and ensure consistency across every location.
You will establish the design vision, translate it into floor plans that depart from conventional classroom layouts, and document standards to prevent brand dilution during growth. This is not about managing vendors or overseeing facility operations. It is focused, high-quality design work under real constraints with tangible impact.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
