This hybrid position supports a tuition-free, fully virtual Arizona charter school that replaces conventional worksheets with experiential learning and centers personal development. Core academics are completed independently by students in two concentrated hours daily using AI-powered platforms. The remainder of their schedule is devoted to cultivating real-world competencies through facilitated workshops, coaching, and discovery.
Your role will not involve delivering scripted content or monitoring a virtual classroom in the traditional sense. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions that inspire students to think critically, collaborate creatively, and grow holistically. Your mentorship will guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and complex problem-solving—all while fostering independence, self-confidence, and executive function skills.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
