Role Description
As a self-driven, organized Implementation Associate , you will play a key role in the Deployment department, focusing on seamless onboarding, upgrades, and ongoing configuration support for automotive dealerships. You will act as a primary liaison and consultant, working directly with clients to manage setup changes with our Scheduler and Service Cart products,, and ensure quick, timely software adjustments without disrupting existing workflows. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Customer Engagement, Engineering, and Product teams, to troubleshoot issues, enhance deployment efficiency, and constantly improve customer satisfaction.
