Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience in handling multiple scrum teams and should be a delivery enabler responsible for driving high-performing scrum teams to consistently deliver business value. With deep expertise in Agile and Scrum practices, this role goes beyond facilitation to actively remove systemic impediments, improve delivery predictability, and partner with Business units (BUs) to achieve strategic outcomes.
This role plays a critical part in day-to-day project execution and on time deliverables to BUs, enabling Agile at scale, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency.
- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams to achieve high performance, predictability, and sustainable delivery.
- Remove team-level and cross-team impediments; proactively manage dependencies and risks.
- Partner with Product Owners, technical account managers, value stream architects and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between product vision, priorities, and delivery.
- Support Product Owner with backlog readiness and refinement.
- Track and drive/report delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. Daily scrum meeting/stand up, Sprint planning, PI planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint retrospective etc.) with a focus on outcomes.
- Strengthens alignment between business strategy and technology execution.
- Mentor other Scrum Masters within a department and support organizational Agile maturity.
- Promote engineering excellence, quality practices, healthy team dynamics and continuous improvement.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and scaled Agile execution wherever applicable
- You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Or any related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile delivery leader.
- Proven experience in leading complex, enterprise-scale Agile programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage change, resolve conflict, and influence without authority.
- Should have a very good understanding of Release Management Process.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile metrics, reporting, and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certification - CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)/A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster)/CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster), PSM I/II/III (Professional Scrum Master I/II/III), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical imaging industry is a plus.
How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
