Mastercard Services delivers cutting‑edge solutions across Business & Market Intelligence, Customer Acquisition & Engagement, Security Solutions, and Open Banking. Our team thinks big, moves fast, and partners with some of the world’s most innovative companies — including large tech platforms, ecommerce leaders, media companies, fintechs, ERPs, processors, and program managers.
As a VP/Principal and people leader on the Digital Partnerships Business Development team, you will set the tone for excellence. You will lead a high‑performing sales team while directly engaging senior executives at some of our most strategic partners. We are looking for a buttoned‑up, polished leader who can build confidence quickly, navigate complex internal and external environments, and represent Mastercard with credibility at the highest levels. You will lead through influence across a highly matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and regional teams. Cross‑functional leadership is critical to driving alignment, removing blockers, and delivering scaled impact.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
