What this job involves: As a Healthcare Property Administrator at JLL, you will independently manage initiatives while providing technical expertise and leadership support across multiple service lines. This role requires you to lead complex facility management activities, mentor junior staff, and serve as a strategic partner in space planning and capital project execution while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You must be comfortable handling routine day-to-day operational tasks alongside strategic initiatives and demonstrate the flexibility to address immediate facility needs as they arise.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Directly and independently manage large-scale projects and complex initiatives across multiple sites or campuses
Provide technical support by establishing timeframes and prioritizing assigned projects in partnership with Capital Project PMs
Conduct comprehensive space utilization analysis and provide strategic recommendations for space optimization
Oversee vendor performance management using specific metrics to ensure adherence to contractual provisions and regulatory specifications
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior coordinators and support staff
Support technical teams on complex infrastructure issues including HVAC, telecommunications, and network installations
Ensure activities meet organizational expectations and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, engineering, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in facility management or property administration
Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency with CMMS systems and project management software
Expert-level Excel skills with ability to create complex reports and data analysis
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with demonstrated team management experience
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to resolve complex operational challenges
Willingness to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications in facility management (CFM, FMP, or equivalent)
Experience with capital project management and construction coordination
Knowledge of building systems, HVAC operations, and technical infrastructure
Background in budget management, financial analysis, and variance reporting
Experience with integrated facility management across multiple service lines
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in commercial real estate
