Role Details
We are looking for a Senior Manager who combines strong execution capability with product and growth thinking to operationalize the digital growth engine.
This role will own day-to-day execution of cross-sell journeys, experimentation, and performance tracking, working closely with CX, Product, Digital, and Business teams to drive measurable impact

- Embed product recommendations across lifecycle stages:
- Onboarding
- Usage

- Support
- Growth Experimentation & Optimization
Run Structured A/B Experiments On
- Offers and bundles
- Product placements
- Recommendation logic
- Upgrade pathways
- Continuously optimize conversion rates, click-throughs, and adoption metrics
- Product Discovery Enablement
- Improve visibility and discoverability of connectivity, cloud, and SaaS offerings
- Work with Product and CX teams to ensure contextual relevance of recommendations
- Performance Tracking & Insights
Track And Report Key Metrics
- Conversion rates
- Revenue per user
- Feature adoption
- Cross-sell penetration
- Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stakeholder & Execution Management
Work Closely With
- Digital / Product teams for implementation
- CX for journey alignment
- Business teams for product prioritization
- Drive execution through clear timelines, ownership, and follow-through
- Campaign & Lifecycle Integration

- Identify capability gaps and build a small execution team over time

Preference
- 6–10 years experience in digital product, growth, or performance marketing roles
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital platforms
- Hands-on experience with: A/B testing, Conversion optimization, Growth analytics
