About the role
Jurisphere is building an enterprise-grade Legal AI platform used by top law firms in India and the US. We are building serious product and systems infrastructure around legal workflows, document intelligence, review systems, and AI-powered execution. This is not a generic SaaS dashboard product. Our engineers work on dense, high-utility interfaces, long-running async workflows, large document pipelines, and enterprise-grade reliability.
We are hiring engineers who care about product quality, code quality, and building systems that remain fast, maintainable, and predictable as the company scales.

We work from Bangalore in a hybrid setup. Compensation is competitive for startup talent and includes meaningful ESOPs.
