Must have:
1.ServiceNow ITSM & Incident Lifecycle Management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules for logging, tracking, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents and service requests in SLA-driven environments.
2.Network Operations & Infrastructure Support
Strong experience supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, working closely with network administrators to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
3.Monitoring Tools & Alert Handling
Experience using network and infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Wireshark, or similar tools for alert triage, impact analysis, and escalation.
4.Change, Problem & SLA Management
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management, ensuring documentation, approvals, and SLA compliance.
5.Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with network teams, vendors, and business stakeholders during incidents and outages.
Good to have:
1.ITIL Certification
ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of ITIL best practices.
2.BFSI / Enterprise Infrastructure Exposure
Experience supporting production network environments in BFSI or other regulated enterprise settings.
