Inbound Officers
for its
Kotak 811 Digital Banking
division. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, explaining digital banking products, and driving cross-selling opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound customer calls related to
Kotak 811 accounts and digital banking services
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage of Kotak 811 and associated services
Provide effective
customer support (75%)
and
cross-selling of banking products (25%)
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper follow-ups
Adhere to banking compliance, service quality standards, and internal processes
Achieve assigned service and sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:-
Education:
Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience:
Fresher & Experience Both can Apply
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Career Gap:
No employment gaps exceeding 6 months
Shift & Working Conditions:-
Rotational shifts, including Sundays and holidays
8 rotational weekly offs per month
Shift timing between
7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Any 9 Hours)
Compensation:-
CTC:
Up to ₹3,59,000 per annum
Final compensation will depend on
interview performance and experience
