Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic candidate with a robust understanding of the end‑to‑end Product Development process as well as the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have experience with data analytics, market research, and product management.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate in‑depth understanding of the product development lifecycle.
Review new product business use cases, competition benchmarking, revenue projections, experience checklist etc.
Collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Utilize strong presentation abilities to engage stakeholders effectively.
Analyse and prepare the product performance deck and showcase the impact of new product to the leadership.
Drive process excellence, benchmark best practices, and drive governance with stakeholders.
Review SLA KPI’s across modules and work on enhancements for improvements.
Skills
Good in data analytics, market research, product management, people management, communication skill and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the acquisition, fulfilment, and assurance process.
Customer focus – Drive to meet customer expectations.
B2B domain knowledge is a plus.
