Overview Team Purpose Microsoft Teams is powered by the Intelligent Communications Collaboration Cloud, one of the fastest‑growing products in Microsoft’s history. You’ll join the team building Phone and Voice AI products for Microsoft Teams, alongside the partner ecosystems that deploy and support these solutions at global scale. Job Purpose As a Senior Product Manager , you will use your Teams Phone, Voice AI and Copilot expertise to design and deliver partner‑led customer enablement programs that scale.
You’ll focus on unlocking the full value of Copilot and Voice AI through Teams Phone by translating product capabilities into repeatable, partner‑driven outcomes.
Working closely with business development, marketing, product, partners, and direct customers, you’ll become a trusted expert in Teams Phone, Voice AI and Copilot enablement - shaping and influencing how these capabilities are positioned, adopted, and scaled across the ecosystem.
Why this role You will sit at the intersection of Teams Phone, Voice AI, Copilot, and partner‑led customer enablement, helping shape how Copilot Voice AI and Teams Phone is adopted at scale.
