This role at Enphase requires working onsite

, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
About the role:
Manage the Sales Operations team supporting AMER/LATAM/ANZP/EMKTs region.
Owns departmental goals and drive RCCA/Actions
Drive revenue and Shipment linearity goals with all the stakeholders.
Using results to influence decision making. Guiding company level strategy for business analytics
Understands the process of transforming analysis results back into policies and procedures within an organization.
Exposure to industry best practices in order management domain and drive process innovation and continuous improvement culture in the group.
What you will do:
Ownership of CSAT/NPS. Act as customer advocate and voice of customer to represent the client's interests across Enphase.
Coach team members to drive allocation and linearity discussions with the customer, and internal stakeholders.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement culture in the group, encourage idea generation and design thinking, and handle medium-large scale global projects.
Assist or lead new customer onboarding.
Acts as SME (subject matter expert), that can efficiently respond to and expedite issue resolution on multiple/varying fronts.
Have good understanding of ERP applications and industry best practices, recommend best practices/change management, Support organizational initiatives.
Provide regular input on all account activity and weekly status and call reports.
Handle performance management, drive employee engagement and development
Apply situational leadership and conflict management skills.
Be a leader of leaders and expert at delegating while supporting the growth of the team. Trust but verify and be a coach to the team.
Drive delegation, mentoring, and strategic thinking
Drive succession planning
Develop employee hiring and retention strategy.
Develop and maintain BCP.
Prepares team to respond efficiently to demanding and stressful circumstances.
Assesses risks and trends at global level, evaluates options and their impact to make sound decisions.
Flexible to support deliverables in NA and APAC time zone
Ready to follow hybrid working model (3 days/week in office)
Who you are and what you bring:
Studies the business environment, and organizational capability; champions the development of long-term strategies
Engineering Graduate with 15+ Years experience in handling sale operations for manufacturing/OEM/GCC Setup
Working in global environment and handling North America sales ops.
