Students at Alpha don't listen to lectures. They move quickly through adaptive applications, absorbing content at double the speed of conventional classrooms, while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your responsibility is ensuring three commitments are met for every child in your group: they develop a love for school, they learn twice as fast, and they acquire skills that go beyond textbooks. You will also train the Guides who uphold these same commitments throughout your campus.
Each morning begins with data review. Analytics reveal which students are progressing and which require additional support. By mid-morning you're facilitating a live session, guiding a group of K-8 students through public speaking or concentration drills using Alpha's structured framework. Post-lunch finds you observing a Guide's workshop, then providing them with three concrete steps to refine their execution. On certain days you serve as the energy catalyst in a motivation circle, converting leaderboard rankings into momentum. You maintain direct involvement with your own student group while cultivating Guides capable of meeting your benchmark and as they rise to that level, your influence expands from a single cohort to an entire campus.
You will observe reserved children presenting with confidence to adults. You will witness a student who previously "despised school" requesting to remain after hours. And you will understand that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their transformation because upholding high expectations demonstrates your belief in their ability to meet them.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
